St. Patrick's Day Masses

Tuesday 17th March is St. Patrick's Day.  The Vigil Mass will be celebrated on Monday 16th March at 6pm.  Masses on Tuesday 17th March are at 9am and 10:30am (Gaeilge).

Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent.  The ashes are an acient symbol of repentance.  Without the mercy of God who lifts us up, because he loves us, we are like the ashes.  They are an outward sign of our desire to "turn away from sin and be faithful to the Gospel".

Masses will be celebrated in Christ the King Parish, Cabra at 10am and 7pm.  Blessed ashes will be distributed after the Masses.

During the moring (9am - 12:30am), blessed ashes will be available for collection to bring to those who are unable to come to the Church.
