Welcome

Parish of Christ the King Cabra

In the collaborative ministry area of Christ the King, Cabra, Precious Blood, Cabra West and St. Peter’s, Phibsborough. The Parish Teams, Priests and people of the Parish welcome you to their Parish Websitech 46

If you are a new Parishioner or just a visitor we hope you will find our new Website informative and interesting.

In 1932, the year of the Eucharistic Congress, the foundation stone for the Church of Christ the King was laid and the Church was blessed and opened on the last Sunday of October in 1933 on the Feast of Christ the King.  The Church was then in Arran Quay Parish and the Parish of Christ the King was formally established in 1941.

Fr. Pat and Fr. Tom will continue to offer daily mass privately for all our parishioners.  In our efforts to minimise the spread of Covid 19 and in consultation with our neighbouring Parishes and communication from Archbishop Martin we have decided to close the Church of Christ the King Cabra until further notice.  Any further updates will be shared with you as soon as we have them.   Mass can be viewed daily on the RTE News channel at 10:30am each morning and also on the EWTN television channel.
